Blijdorp Festival

As every summer, it's time to dance the day away at the Blijdorp Festival in Roel Langerak Park.

The line-up features a mix of internationally renowned artists and local talent, including Bokoesam, Patrick Mason, Partiboi69 and Tjade. Dance until your feet can't take any more, enjoy delicious food and drinks, and soak up the atmosphere in one of Rotterdam's most beautiful parks. Expect vibrant stages, great company and a sun-soaked day in Rotterdam on 8 August!

Classical Music in the Park

Mark Saturday 29 and Sunday 30 August in your diary, as Het Park by the Euromast transforms into a musical paradise. During Classical Music in the Park (formerly the Weekend of Classical Music), you can enjoy a vibrant programme of classical music, world music and enchanting live performances – all completely free of charge – in the beautiful surroundings of the park.

Roffa Mon Amour

From 12 to 23 August, the sculpture garden at Brutus in Rotterdam West once again transforms into a unique open-air cinema for Roffa Mon Amour. Over twelve evenings, you can enjoy a carefully curated programme of films, live music, talks and inspiring cultural events. This year's theme, Mind Work, explores mental wellbeing, attention and human connection through cinema and conversation. The combination of thought-provoking films, contemporary art and Rotterdam's rugged harbour setting makes this one of the city's most memorable cultural events of the summer.

CuliNESSE

If you're looking for a day of great food and live entertainment, don't miss CuliNESSE on 27, 28 or 29 August – or make a weekend of it and visit all three days. This popular family-friendly festival returns for its fourteenth edition at the Zevenhuizerplas, combining outstanding food with an impressive line-up of live music.

The programme features some of the biggest names in Dutch music, including Suzan & Freek, Acda en De Munnik, DI-RECT and Bente. Alongside the performances, you'll find a fantastic selection of dishes and street food prepared by passionate chefs and food lovers, making it a must-visit event for anyone who enjoys good food and great music.

Wednesday Night Skate

Every Wednesday evening, Rotterdam comes alive on skates! From 15 July to 26 August, you can roll through the city with great music playing in the background.

The Wednesday Night Skate features two different routes. During the first three evenings, the route starts and finishes at Museumpark, with a break in the artistic surroundings of Brutus Sculpture Park. During the final three editions, the group sets off from De Gele Kanarie at Binnenrotte, with the Kralingse Pas serving as the perfect spot for a well-deserved break.
