1. The Kom Vroeg Winactie (hereinafter: the promotion) is offered by the BIZ Rotterdam Centre (hereinafter: Organisation).
2. The term of this online promotion is from Wednesday 24 November to Sunday 28 November 2021.
3. To have a chance of winning the prize, a photo of the purchase receipt must be emailed to info@rotterdamcentrum.nl, stating Kom Vroeg Winactie.
4. To have a chance of winning the prize, the following conditions must be met:
The purchase receipt is easy to read and has been emailed to info@rotterdamcentrum.nl
The purchase receipt has the date 24, 25, 26, 27 or 28 November
The time of the purchase voucher is before or at 12:00 pm
The purchase receipt comes from a store in Rotterdam Centre
5. The price consists of an overnight stay for 2 persons in the Hilton Hotel in Rotterdam Centre, including breakfast for two persons.
6. The prize will be collected by the winner via Rachel.lachman@hilton.com in the period December 2021 or January 2022. The overnight stay can therefore be used in the period December 2021 and January 2022 and is based on availability.
7. The winner will be notified via social media on Tuesday 30 November.
8. The winner will be determined at random by the organisation. The result cannot be discussed.
9. The winner must cooperate with promotion related publicity. The winner will not receive any compensation for this.
10. The organisation reserves the right to change, supplement or discontinue the promotion conditions in any way at any time without further notice.
11. Complaints with regard to the promotion can be made known in writing to the organisation via info@rotterdamcentrum.nl, after which contact will be made in writing or by telephone within two weeks of receipt of the complaint.
12. The organisation is not liable for any typing, printing or typing errors.
13. Participation in the promotion is entirely at your own risk.
14. This promotion is governed by Dutch law.
15. In cases where these conditions do not provide, a decision will be made by the organisation.
