Rooftop Roetsj
Slide through to Rotterdam Centre
Have you slid down the Roeftop Roetsj, but can't get enough? Good news: in Rotterdam Centre you will find even more slides!
It is the tenth edition of the Rotterdam Rooftop Days, and this year that means: slides! With the Rooftop Roetsj you can slide down from the Maritime Museum into the city centre. But there is more: because other places in the city also play into this in a fun way.
The big attraction of the Rotterdam Rooftop Days 2025 is of course the Rooftop Roetsj! From May 29 to June 9, you will find a splashing expo on the roof of the Maritime Museum about the future of the city, after which you can slide down a giant slide from the roof to a pontoon in the Leuvehaven at the end of your route!
Next to ZARA, on the Passage (parallel to the Coolsingel), you can slide down an 8-meter high and 22-meter long slide on a swimming ring! The slide is open on Friday 30 May and Saturday 31 May, from 12:00 to 16:00. The slide is free for the little kids and there is a photo booth to capture the slide moment.
Even more sliding fun can be found in the Koopgoot, where you can slide down two slides in between shopping; for big and small visitors. Ideal to slide down with your little one. The slides will be there just as long as the Rooftop Rootsj!
After sliding, don't forget to score a nice marble at the HEMA service desk, for the Rotterdam marble track for kids.
