Who doesn't love Italian cuisine? Well, I have good news: O'Pazzo, loved by many Rotterdam residents, opened its second branch on February 8!
You will find the first O'Pazzo location on the Mariniersweg. This is a perfect place for the pizza discoverer, because O'Pazzo always continues to experiment with creative new pizzas. For example, try the Pizza O'Pazzo Due with tomato sauce, mozzarella, four types of cheese, anchovies, capers, black olives, garlic, red peppers, oregano, arugula and basil.
In addition to pizza, they have delicious starters here, such as burrata, bruschetta and Arancini, and authentic pasta and risotto. But fish, meat and vegetarian dishes are also on the menu.
Although the place on Mariniersweg is spacious inside, it almost always seems to be full. If you want to be sure of a spot, it is recommended to reserve in time. It is of course fantastic news that we now have a second location of this authentic Italian restaurant. That means more chances of getting a spot!
O'Pazzo's second location has opened its doors at Karel Doormanstraat 34, where DoDo was previously located. It is a spacious building with two floors.
From now on you are welcome to enjoy the same authentic Neapolitan experience as at the famous O'Pazzo on the Mariniersweg, of course also with the same artistic pizza oven!
In the restaurant they will offer the familiar O'Pazzo menu, supplemented with a wider selection for lunch and drinks.
Dave Heijnen, one of the owners of O'Pazzo: "On the Karel Doormanstraat we have created a contemporary version of O'Pazzo, in which we retain the authentic Neapolitan elements, but with a Rotterdam twist. There will also be a new logo, which is already on the window, and a fresh corporate identity, without detracting from the old O'Pazzo.”
