During my vlog series 'Through the eyes of...' I was able to spend a day with this Rotterdam style icon. And it was so much fun. It started in the Bijenkorf, where he works as a stylist, and ended at his other favourite places in town. And I can tell you, a creative person like Ron knows where to go!
My day with Ron was special. What an open and extraordinary man. I immediately felt a connection with him. But he wasn't just remarkable to me. On the street someone even came up to us and wanted a picture of him. He is an interesting person who knows how to radiate that.
After my video with Ron, I have genuinely become more interested in fashion and clothing for myself. What an eye opener this was. I wish I could have made a documentary of him.
