Fortunately, almost everything is possible again in #RotterdamCentre! The Netherlands will open again in three steps. Below we share what is possible during a visit to Rotterdam Centre from February 18th and what more is possible again soon after that.
During the press conference of 15 February, two changes were made that went into effect immediately. The strong advice not to receive more than four people at home is dropped. In addition, the advice to work from home as much as possible has changed. Now it is advised to work in the office at most half of the time.
Step two will start from Friday 18 February: everything can open again until 1 am. This applies to all sectors: restaurants, cafes, cinemas and museums. At places where you have to show the QR-code, such as in a restaurant, you do not have to wear a facemask, have a fixed place or keep 1.5 meters distance.
In places where there are more than 500 people, such as a concert, it is necessary to have a facemask or fixed place.

Lastly, restaurants and other sectors no longer need to put a maximum to the amount of visitors.
Good news for all nightclubs, festivals and events in Rotterdam and the rest of the Netherlands. These can open again from February 25th! However, every visitor must show a negative test result. This is the case in all places where more than 500 people come together, except at transfer locations such as trade fairs and conferences.
