Rotterdam is the street culture capital of the Netherlands. The city is brimming with talent and grassroots initiatives in street art, hip-hop, and street sports. From graffiti to skaters, from breakdancers to MBXers, and from street footballers to hip-hoppers. During Rotterdam Street Culture Week (RSCW), street culture movements come together to showcase their skills and express their values.

Rotterdam Street Culture Week is therefore the festival that programs, promotes, and develops street culture in the broadest sense. Several organizations are collaborating to put street culture more prominently on the map and make it more accessible to a wide audience. RSCW is organized by the Game Changers Foundation.
