Traditionally, the new year is ushered in with the National Fireworks: the largest fireworks display in the Netherlands over the Erasmus Bridge.

On December 29th and 30th, Ahoy will transform into a magical winter paradise for the first edition of Winter Wonderland Rotterdam. For two days, the iconic event venue will be filled with lights, winter cheer, and entertainment for all ages.
Visitors stroll through a decorated winter village centered around a large ice rink, open to the public all day long. Surrounding the rink is plenty of space to explore, with winter games, attractions, photo spots, and various places to warm up.
