Cultureel festival, Muziekfestival, Theaterfestival MOMO Festival 2023
MOMO makes you wonder
The atmosphere during King's Day on the Nieuwe Binnenweg can best be described as cozy and friendly. In the morning, the bargain hunters, families and residents from the neighborhood come. Residents from care institutions such as Laurens Antonius, De Leeuwenhoek and Bavo Europoort take a tour of the free market. Afternoon: mainly age group 30+ and older, but also families.
Please join us on Friday, 9 June 2023, from 6 to 8 pm, for the opening reception of our upcoming exhibitions:
In our second-floor galleries, two new solo exhibitions are presented with The Fables of Sanbras by artist Kelly Sinnapah Mary, curated by Sour Grass; and Ooze by artist Lucy Beech. On our second floor artist Falke Pisano will also exhibit a research based project as part of our Anchored series, titled not / to be / governed like that / by that.
On the ground floor we present our newly transformed MELLY bookshop and café, by Atelier Tomas Dirrix, Koen Taselaar and Team Thursday’s Simone Trum & Loes van Esch.
